1. Controller

The company is represented by its statutory management body. A data protection officer is not appointed, as the statutory requirements for such an appointment are not met.

2. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use cookies. No tracking, analytics, advertising or social media tools are used. No user profiles are created. A one-time notice about this fact and your language preference may be stored in your browser's local storage; this data never leaves your device and can be deleted at any time via your browser settings.

3. Web Fonts

The font used on this website (Inter) is hosted on our own server. No connection to third-party font services (e.g. Google Fonts) is established when you visit this website.

4. Server Log Files

When you visit this website, the web server automatically processes technical data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource, HTTP status, transferred data volume, referrer URL and browser identification (user agent). This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for the purpose of operating the website securely and reliably and for detecting and defending against attacks. Log files are deleted automatically after no more than 30 days unless a specific incident requires longer retention.

5. Contact by E-Mail

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (e-mail address, content of the message, any attachments) will be processed to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Your data will be deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with conclusively, unless statutory retention obligations require further storage.

6. Recipients and Third-Country Transfers

Personal data is not sold and not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. Data is disclosed only where this is necessary for technical operation (hosting) or where we are legally obliged to do so. Please note that the company is registered in the United Kingdom; the UK is subject to an adequacy decision of the European Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR.

6a. Invoicing via Sales Factoring (USA/GB)

Invoicing and receivables management for contractual services (business customers only) are handled exclusively by the contracting party named in the respective contract, seated in the USA or the United Kingdom, by way of sales factoring and assignment of receivables. For this purpose, the data required for billing (name, address, contract and invoice data) is transferred to that contracting party. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract). For a contracting party in the United Kingdom, the transfer is covered by the adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR); for a contracting party in the United States, the transfer is safeguarded pursuant to Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular by standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR) or an adequacy mechanism such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable. This applies to contractual partners only; mere visitors of this website are not affected.
