All receivables arising from the contractual relationship are sold and assigned by way of sales factoring to the contracting party named in the contract. Invoicing is handled exclusively by that contracting party; invoices issued by any other party do not create a payment obligation. Payment has debt-discharging effect only within this factoring and assignment structure, i.e. only when made to the contracting party named in the contract as holder of the receivable, seated in the United States of America (USA) or the United Kingdom (GB), unless the contract expressly names a different payee.
